Personal Line Insurance Broker
If you want to listen to, advise and sell insurance that meets the specific needs of individuals, this is the perfect job for you!
- Have a damage insurance brokerage certificate (or equivalent) and be a member in good standing of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- Good communication skills and ability to express yourself convincingly;
- Appreciate providing professional and courteous service and after-sales service;
- Practical computer skills (Windows and MS Office suite);
Business Insurance Broker
If you want to meet with business clients and have considerable, proven skill in building a business clientele, this challenge is sure to interest you.
- Have a damage insurance brokerage certificate (or equivalent) and be a member in good standing of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- Be known as a driven, positive person who loves to meet and surpass goals;
- Be client-oriented;
- Have initiative, be determined and passionate about what you do;
Business Insurance Underwriter
Working in collaboration with the producer, the business insurance underwriter is in charge of assessing risk for the insurance companies. Tasks involve analyzing, evaluating and determining the nature of the risks and negotiating with the insurance companies for optimal placement.
- Have a damage insurance brokerage certificate (or equivalent) and be a member in good standing of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- Perform well under pressure, be self-reliant, have initiative and enjoy teamwork;
Personal Insurance Underwriter
Working in constant collaboration with the personal insurance brokers, the underwriter's role involves analyzing and making decisions about risk placement with insurance companies as regards new clients, policy renewal, modification, termination and cancellation.
- Have a damage insurance brokerage certificate (or equivalent) and be a member in good standing of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- Have excellent judgement and make well-informed decisions;
- Be self-reliant, methodical, conscientious and a team player;
Claim Adjuster
Internal claim adjusters must advise and guide clients through the different steps of the insurance claim process. Tasks involve investigating the circumstances surrounding the insurance claim, filing the claim and calculating the amount of the loss or damage covered.
- Have a damage insurance brokerage certificate (or equivalent) and be a member in good standing of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- Be a skilled communicator, diplomatic, client-oriented and have good judgement;
Sales Representative
This position is only available at the head office in Sorel-Tracy. As a sales representative, you play a key role in the sale of personal insurance products, using your drive and marked sales and solicitation skills to seize business opportunities. The sales representative must promote and recommend our line of personal insurance products to existing and targeted clients.
- Have a damage insurance brokerage certificate (or equivalent) and be a member in good standing of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- Be known as a driven, positive individual who enjoys reaching and surpassing goals;
- Have initiative, good communication skills and be ambitious;
Technical Assistant
The technical assistant provides the brokers with technical support by carrying out office tasks for all of the respective departments. He/She may also be assigned administrative tasks.
Secretary/Receptionist
The secretary/receptionistâ€™s main responsibility is to answer the branchâ€™s phone and provide professional service. He/She will also have administrative duties.
